Running is a cheap way to get some headspace, to improve both your physical and mental wellbeing.
Signing up to a run, whether it’s 5k or 5 marathons will give you a target to work towards and inspire you to get off the sofa when you really don’t feel like it! For some inspiration, why not read one of our volunteers’ blog about running here.
