The Color Run
Why not add as splash of colour to your run? Sign up and be a part of the original, happiest and most colourful 5km fun run.
The Color Run Presented by Skittles is the original, largest and most unique 5km run in the world, celebrating healthiness, happiness, friendship and colourful fun.
Thousands of Color Runners start the day in a plain white t-shirt, getting covered from head to toe in a rainbow of colours at each kilometre you reach of the course. If you’re not quite up for running the 5km you can choose to walk, skip or dance your way around if you feel like it. The fun continues at the end of the run with an epic finish festival with DJs, MCs, and ‘Color Throws’.
There are colour runs held in five locations across the country throughout the year; London, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham and Brighton.
Cost to participate starts from £27.00 for a solo runner and goes up to £45.00 to participate as a premium runner.
As standard the Color Run event raises money for the charity NSPCC, but to raise money for PANDAS Foundation you can just set up your own Virgin Money Sponsorship page. The event organisers are more than happy for teams or individuals to take part for other charities.

A record total of 247,069 people entered the ballot for the 2016 Virgin Money London Marathon which will be held on the 24th April 2016. The ballot for the 2016 race opened on Monday 4 May and closed on Friday 8 May 2015, all participants that were offered a place were confirmed in October 2015.
Outside of the standard ballot allocated spaces, which are becoming incredibly difficult to secure, 38% of the marathon spaces are offered out to charities. PANDAS were delighted to be allocated one of the charity spaces for the 2016 event, however this space has now been allotted.
If you would like to run the 2017 London Marathon for PANDAS we would highly recommend in the first instance trying to secure yourself a place via the ballot process, should you be unsuccessful please contact us and we will confirm the required criteria for consideration for the allocation of our charity space, providing we are successful in securing a charity place in 2017.

Like the bright lights of the city? Why not take in the sights whilst completing a 60-100km night time bike ride through an iconic city.
Nightrider is an exciting 60km/100km moonlit cycle ride through an amazing city past iconic landmarks. The first ever Nightrider took place in London in 2010 with 300 cyclists, since then over 14,000 cyclists have taken up the challenge.
This year there are three city locations to choose from London, Bristol and Liverpool & The Wirral.
The event distance is 100km, approx 62 miles. In London there is also a 60km option. Cycling 60km or 100km at night is a challenge and therefore this event is not suitable for beginner cyclists. Training is recommended prior to taking on this challenge.
Cost of participation is £99, you will be required to sign up as a standard participant, unfortunately PANDAs are not affiliated with the event as a charity so charity spaces are not available. To raise sponsorship money for PANDAS Foundation you can set up your own Virgin Money Sponsorship page.

Just imagine freefalling at 120mph, falling past or through clouds, it’s just like flying!
Take on an adrenaline fuelled tandem skydiving challenge in aid of PANDAS, organised by UKSKYDIVE, professionals in organising skydiving events across the country, all year round.
A tandem skydive is when you skydive whilst attached to a professional skydiving instructor. You will jump from up to 13,500 feet attached to your instructor using a specially designed dual harness. The instructor controls the freefall, parachute opening and landing, leaving you free to enjoy the view and the sensation of freefall.
The whole Tandem skydive experience from take-off to landing is about 30 minutes. You will experience 35-40 seconds in freefall and you will have approximately 5 minutes under the parachute.
With UK skydiving centres all over the UK you are able to pick the centre most convenient to you for your skydive descent.
